Every inquiry submitted to PNP via this service is assigned a unique inquiry number referred to as inquiry ticket which the public can use to monitor the status of an inquiry response by an assigned PNP personnel.

Check Inquiry Status

PNP provides an additional service that archives a history of all your inquiry requests complete with our responses for 30 days.

IMPORTANT: To check the status of your inquiry, you must send a valid working email address where responses such as the inquiry ID number will be sent.
